Be a responsive, reflective and learning organisation that demonstrates value for money.

Our strategy was developed following a period of consultation with stakeholders and gives an overall direction to our programmes. Our board receives a report at each meeting detailing progress against the strategic aims and so our strategy is kept under continuous review.
